Red Clover contains naturally occurring isoflavones and has traditionally been used to support female wellness, nutritional balance, and healthy circulation.

Wild Yam has a history of traditional use for supporting menstrual comfort and reproductive wellness. Although Wild Yam naturally contains diosgenin, the human body does not convert Wild Yam into progesterone. Its role in the formula is botanical support rather than direct hormone replacement.

Dang Gui may affect blood clotting and should be used cautiously with anticoagulant or antiplatelet medication. It should not be used during pregnancy.

Red Clover contains naturally occurring isoflavones that may have estrogen-like activity. Individuals with hormone-sensitive conditions or those using hormonal medication should consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

Astragalus may affect immune activity and may interact with immunosuppressive medication. Individuals with autoimmune conditions or organ transplants should not use Astragalus without professional guidance.

Damiana may affect blood sugar and could interact with diabetes medication. It should be discontinued before surgery according to professional guidance.

Yellow Dock may have a laxative effect in some individuals. Excessive use may contribute to abdominal discomfort, diarrhea, dehydration, or electrolyte imbalance.

Wild Yam should not be treated as a substitute for progesterone, prescribed hormone therapy, or fertility treatment.

Discontinue use and seek professional guidance if you experience:

• Abnormal or heavy vaginal bleeding

• Severe or persistent pelvic or abdominal pain

• Significant menstrual changes

• Severe nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea

• Unusual bruising or bleeding

• Severe dizziness, weakness, or fainting

• Signs of low blood sugar

• Yellowing of the skin or eyes

• Dark urine

• Rash, swelling, or difficulty breathing

• Another persistent or concerning reaction

When to Seek Medical Care

Fertility is not a substitute for preconception care, gynecological evaluation, fertility testing, prenatal care, diagnosis, prescribed treatment, or emergency care.

Seek professional evaluation if:

• Pregnancy has not occurred after 12 months of regular unprotected intercourse when under age 35

• Pregnancy has not occurred after 6 months when age 35 or older

• Menstrual cycles are absent, consistently irregular, unusually short, or unusually long

• Menstrual bleeding is excessively heavy or prolonged

• Severe pelvic pain occurs before, during, or between menstrual periods

• There is a history of recurrent pregnancy loss

• There is a known reproductive, thyroid, hormonal, or metabolic condition

• There is a history of pelvic infection, endometriosis, uterine fibroids, or reproductive surgery

• Either partner has a known or suspected fertility concern

• Pregnancy is suspected or confirmed

Seek immediate medical assistance for severe pelvic or abdominal pain, heavy bleeding, fainting, shoulder pain accompanied by suspected pregnancy, difficulty breathing, or symptoms of a severe allergic reaction.
