Suggested Use

The legacy label directs adults to take 3 capsules two or three times daily.

Take each serving with at least 8 ounces of water. Because Guar Gum is a water-absorbing fiber, do not take the capsules without sufficient fluid.

Guar Gum expands when exposed to water. Take it with sufficient fluid to reduce the risk of choking or obstruction. Do not use if you have difficulty swallowing. Guar Gum may also alter the absorption of medications and other supplements; separate their use according to professional guidance.

Guggul may affect thyroid activity, blood sugar, liver enzymes, or the metabolism of certain medications. It may also cause digestive upset, headache, itching, or rash in some individuals.

Garlic may affect blood clotting and may increase bleeding risk when combined with anticoagulant or antiplatelet medication. It may also contribute to digestive discomfort, heartburn, or changes in blood pressure or blood sugar.

Shiitake Mushroom may cause digestive upset, allergic reactions, or skin reactions in sensitive individuals.

Discontinue use and seek professional guidance if you experience difficulty swallowing, chest discomfort, severe abdominal pain, persistent digestive distress, abnormal bleeding, dizziness, rash, swelling, difficulty breathing, yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, or another concerning reaction.
