Holistic FarmacyWeight Gain
Comprehensive Nutritional and Botanical Support for Healthy Appetite, Digestion, Strength, and Responsible Weight Gain
Weight Gain is a four-ingredient formula developed to support healthy appetite, digestive function, nutrient utilization, cellular nourishment, physical strength, and responsible weight-gain practices.
Healthy weight gain requires more than increasing scale weight. Meaningful progress depends upon sufficient calories, adequate protein, balanced nutrition, digestive health, resistance exercise, restorative sleep, hydration, metabolic function, and identification of any condition interfering with appetite or nutrient utilization.
Weight Gain combines Chlorella, Gentian, Ginger, and Creatine—ingredients traditionally or nutritionally used to support appetite, digestion, nutrient intake, cellular energy, physical performance, and the development or preservation of lean body mass.
The formula does not provide enough calories or protein to produce weight gain by itself. It is intended to complement a nutrient-dense eating plan, appropriate exercise, and the broader nourishment, tonification, rest, and lifestyle practices of the HF Regimen.

A Multi-System Approach
Healthy Appetite
Appetite may be influenced by digestive comfort, stress, sleep, physical activity, medication use, illness, food accessibility, meal timing, taste, smell, mood, and metabolic needs.
Gentian is a distinctly bitter botanical traditionally used before meals to stimulate digestive readiness and support appetite. Its bitter constituents may encourage normal salivary, gastric, and digestive responses to food.
Ginger provides complementary digestive support and may help promote meal comfort when occasional nausea, fullness, or digestive uneasiness interferes with eating.
Weight Gain is intended to support normal appetite—not to create uncontrolled hunger or conceal persistent appetite loss that requires professional evaluation.
Digestion and Nutrient Utilization
Consuming additional food is beneficial only when the body can digest, absorb, and utilize its nutrients appropriately.
Gentian and Ginger have long histories of traditional use for supporting digestion. Gentian is commonly used as a digestive bitter, while Ginger supports normal gastric activity and digestive comfort.
These botanicals may help prepare the digestive system for meals and complement practices such as eating slowly, chewing thoroughly, maintaining regular meal times, and choosing nutrient-dense foods.
Weight Gain does not supply digestive enzymes and is not intended to treat malabsorption, inflammatory bowel disease, pancreatic insufficiency, celiac disease, chronic infection, or another gastrointestinal condition.
Nutritional and Cellular Support
Chlorella is a nutrient-dense freshwater microalga containing protein, chlorophyll, carotenoids, minerals, and other naturally occurring cellular constituents.
It is included to provide complementary nutritional and antioxidant support as part of a broader nourishment strategy.
The amount of Chlorella contained in a proprietary blend should not be considered a replacement for vegetables, fruits, protein-rich foods, essential fatty acids, vitamins, minerals, or sufficient total calories.
Strength, Muscle Performance, and Creatine
Creatine is a naturally occurring compound stored primarily in skeletal muscle, where it helps replenish cellular energy during brief periods of intense muscular effort.
Supplemental creatine—particularly when paired with progressive resistance exercise—may support strength, power, training capacity, and lean-mass development.
Creatine may also increase intracellular water within muscle tissue. This can contribute to an early increase in body weight, but water retention within muscle should not be confused with newly developed muscle tissue or increased body fat.
Research supporting creatine for strength and performance generally uses measured daily quantities, commonly several grams of creatine monohydrate. Because Weight Gain contains Creatine within a 2,000 mg proprietary blend shared among four ingredients, the actual Creatine amount per serving is not disclosed and cannot equal the commonly studied 3–5 gram daily maintenance amount within a single serving.
Weight Gain should therefore be represented as providing complementary creatine support—not as a full clinically studied creatine dose unless the formula is revised and the exact Creatine amount is declared.
Healthy Weight and Body Composition
Body weight includes muscle, fat, bone, organs, water, glycogen, and digestive contents. An increase on the scale does not automatically indicate improved nutrition or healthier body composition.
Responsible weight gain generally emphasizes:
-
Sufficient total calories
-
Adequate protein
-
Appropriate carbohydrates and healthy fats
-
Regular meals and nutrient-dense snacks
-
Progressive resistance exercise
-
Sufficient sleep and recovery
-
Healthy digestion and elimination
-
Correction of nutritional deficiencies
-
Management of underlying medical or psychological factors
Weight Gain is intended to complement these foundations. It does not directly provide substantial calories, protein, or complete nutrition and should not be marketed as a meal replacement or stand-alone mass-building product.

Results are greatest when Holistic Farmacy products are used in combination with following the HF Regimen, including its complementary approach to nourishment, cleansing, tonification, hydration, movement, meditation, rest, and healthy lifestyle practices.
For individuals seeking to gain weight, the nourishment and tonification aspects of the HF Regimen should be appropriately emphasized. Cleansing or fasting practices should not create an ongoing calorie or nutrient deficit that conflicts with the individual’s weight-restoration objectives.
You do not have to purchase a formula to benefit from Holistic Farmacy’s health education. You are welcome to contact us with questions concerning healthy weight gain, nourishment, appetite, digestion, strength development, botanical support, the HF Regimen, or responsible use of our formulas.
Our first objective is to help you make informed decisions and meaningful progress toward better health—whether or not you choose to make a purchase.
Suggested Use
Adults take 4 capsules with water, two to three times daily, according to the directions provided on the current product label.
The label directs use before meals. Taking the formula approximately 15–30 minutes before eating may allow the bitter and digestive ingredients to complement meal readiness.
If use before meals causes heartburn, abdominal irritation, nausea, or another digestive concern, discontinue use and obtain appropriate guidance.
Do not exceed the recommended amount.
Maintain appropriate hydration, particularly during exercise or when using a creatine-containing supplement, unless an appropriately licensed healthcare practitioner has instructed you to restrict fluid intake.
Weight Gain should be taken with a calorie-sufficient, protein-adequate eating plan. The capsules themselves do not provide enough calories or protein to produce meaningful weight gain.
Important Safety Information
For adult use only.
Consult an appropriately licensed healthcare practitioner before use, particularly if you take prescription medication or have a gastrointestinal, kidney, liver, gallbladder, cardiovascular, blood-pressure, blood-sugar, bleeding, blood-clotting, autoimmune, metabolic, or fluid-balance condition.

Chlorella
Chlorella may cause nausea, abdominal discomfort, gas, diarrhea, green-colored stool, itching, rash, or another individual sensitivity.
Chlorella may naturally contain vitamin K. Individuals taking warfarin or another medication whose activity depends upon consistent vitamin-K intake should not use Chlorella casually or make substantial changes in intake without professional guidance.
Because Chlorella may influence immune activity, individuals with autoimmune conditions or those taking immunosuppressant medication should obtain professional guidance before use.
Individuals sensitive to algae or molds may be more likely to experience an allergic response.
Chlorella quality depends upon species identification, cultivation, harvesting, processing, and contaminant testing. Raw materials should be appropriately evaluated for microbial contamination, heavy metals, and other possible contaminants.
Gentian
Gentian is a strongly bitter botanical that may stimulate digestive activity.
It may cause heartburn, gastric irritation, nausea, headache, or another individual sensitivity.
Individuals with an active gastric or duodenal ulcer, severe gastritis, uncontrolled gastroesophageal reflux, or excessive gastric-acid production should avoid Gentian unless professionally directed.
Individuals with gallbladder disease, bile-duct obstruction, or significant gastrointestinal symptoms should obtain professional guidance before use.
Ginger
Ginger may cause abdominal discomfort, heartburn, diarrhea, or irritation of the mouth and throat.
It may influence blood sugar, blood pressure, platelet activity, or blood clotting in some individuals.
Use caution when combining Ginger with anticoagulants, antiplatelet medication, diabetes medication, blood-pressure medication, or another supplement affecting bleeding or glucose regulation.
Individuals with gallstones, gallbladder disease, active gastrointestinal irritation, or an upcoming surgical procedure should obtain professional guidance before use.
Creatine
Creatine may contribute to temporary water-weight gain, digestive discomfort, bloating, muscle stiffness, or cramping in some individuals.
Individuals with kidney disease, impaired kidney function, severe dehydration, or a medical condition affecting fluid or electrolyte balance should not use a creatine-containing supplement without professional guidance.
Creatine use may increase measured blood creatinine without necessarily indicating kidney damage. Individuals undergoing kidney-function testing should tell the evaluating practitioner that they use a creatine-containing supplement.
Do not combine multiple creatine products without calculating the total daily amount.
